This summer I got basil in a pot and I'm very pleased so far is still alive and grows on my balcony. Given that there are pots and tired but a palm tree at home until recently not grow anything, I think my basil is an achievement. I bought a pot not so go hungry basil as to have "on hand" fresh and green at any time, because, otherwise, while I bring home the packed basil leaves, they are either crushed or dry or lost privlekatelnostat in large summer heat.
Shortly after I got a pot, and my husband bought tukán a big package pinto beans with the proviso that there was doyala bean salad exactly the kind of beans (!). Since both do not like to eat beans and legumes, was very surprising, tukán but I did the salad.
Both salads used about 500 grams coarse pinto beans, pre-soaked in water for 24 hours. Peduprezhdavam that the variety of beans is generally tukán not a salad. Salad is the white beans, tukán which quickly boiled. The colorful and large beans cooked much longer than white and the skin is quite thick. However, after two hours cooking purposes is cooked. Very swollen nipples, as evident from the pictures.
The rest of the basil tried to make a salad with pink tomatoes and Gouda cheese, but I must admit - I am fascinated by the taste. When prevalent in the salad, basil me is too strong a flavor. I never liked the strong spices and do not like dill and parsley. Basil is analogous. tukán So I'm hardly the right person who can give a proper evaluation. Perhaps many people will perceive tomato salad with basil, but I'm not in this group. :-)
