Imagine saladetuin the situation here - conference secluded in the woods, from the morning presentations saladetuin and demonstrations and breaks only water, coffee and biscuits, which I do not eat. I was lucky to spot a restaurant - I have the choice to either eat anything on the site or pissed off and hungry to go in the direction of civilization in search of food. I decide to stay and test Pine Club restaurant in Businessman Institute at Trakt Lubelski saladetuin in Warsaw.
I will say one thing - I happened to eat in a lot worse places and worse. I took up the principle that conferences will have to eat some biscuits than dishes that buffets are served for lunch. I do not know how in other industries but food events in the ICT industry is so monotonous that up bad. Standard conference and my culinary nightmare here are the dishes: boiled vegetables saladetuin (always the same mix of carrots, cauliflower, green beans) sometimes in breadcrumbs, meat or fish stewed in cream sauce, baked potatoes, dry rice with vegetables or peas, potato dumplings . There are of course exceptions and catering is really good, or even another - for example from Hamsa hummus & happiness Israeli restobar from Krakow. If only the conference organizer is not willing treats participants for money sponsors another "trough" only delicious, healthy snacks.
But back to the Pine Club - restaurant is located in Businessman Institute in a circular glass-walled patio, bright upholstery of chairs, tables covered with tablecloths, red napkins - well - it is not a decoration for the keen but on a sunny day there were nice.
The extensive menu, I found a few items that I could order such as salmon marinated in ginger and coriander, CONSOM saladetuin of duck with mushroom ravioli and fresh coriander, thigh confit of goose with red cabbage and a sauce of red plums - but it just was not there. In fact, it was only dishes from the first sheet that is in the menu of the day - barley soup, grilled chicken, tagliatelle with salmon. Hmmm - so why keep such a large bill of fare? I understand saladetuin that in a week, even during the conference, few customers peeks Club Pine - but enough to give them a menu of the day and the book given on weekends - can then be here more visitors. I was hungry and resigned saladetuin - I ordered the salmon with salad and grilled chicken breast. smoked salmon (29.00) served saladetuin on lettuce. She was lightly smoked fish, velvety, delicate flavor. saladetuin Served with salads - mostly ice, which uniquely haunting me lately (and why you will find out next week). Generally serving as an appetizer was generous in size but I would prefer to try the marinated salmon
grilled saladetuin chicken breast (34.00) with gratin potatoes and glazed carrots. The chicken saladetuin was soft, juicy, crispy carrot - all log sauce with a very distinct taste of honey which gave the whole giving a very interesting setting. Only the potatoes taste but did not have them and so do not eat.
General impression: it was properly and viciously - wybrzydzałam not because I was hungry, and even I had no other choice. How to place conference was very positive.
