Last Saturday (15.12.2012) again popped up on blogerskich workshops in Macro. This time it was a special meeting. Once that cooked in a crazy pace, and two, that it was a special guest chef Kurt Scheller.
You know it probably characteristic appearance (dłuuugie mustache and black beret) and delightfully funny sometimes Polish speech (after all, it is not a native Pole), but you may not know that this is przesympatyczny, very communicative and witty man. The theme of the meeting was sacred, but the dishes that przyrządziliśmy, as Polish table, were already quite original and certainly not traditional. Yes was a fish, spices and mushrooms - but in a completely different anturażu. We did in fact mushroom soufflé, given trout with saffron risotto, pork in herbal crust with mashed potato and pear and (as for me, a complete hit workshops) alcoholic jelly with brandy and wine with biscotti dipped into the creamy tiramisu - pudding hat and blob of whipped cream on top.

Place the biscuits in a dish in any form and pour the above prepared jelly. Set aside to cool.
Sift the powdered sugar and flour. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks thoroughly with powdered sugar, then add the flour and mix to a uniform whole, fairly dense mass. In a separate pot bring to boil milk with lemon peel. The milk slowly kinkku makaronisalaatti combine kinkku makaronisalaatti with the previously prepared ground.
