The dressing (on the photo is not visible, pull straight into the meat and noodles) has a delicious taste, salty soy sauce, the acidic lemon juice and of course the typical ginger flavor. The recipe was originally intended as (lukewarm) rus salatasi salad, but I have a main dish made by (soft) add noodles rus salatasi and beef warmer serving.
