Cook the quinoa lobster buffet reno according to package directions. Fry the meat on both sides in


Since I've been in Thailand adore Thai food hit. A delicious spicy curry or a salad like this. Particularly by the addition of quinoa. Just a little lobster buffet reno different than normal, extra healthy and extra delicious! Tasty quick ready and enjoy!
200 grams 85 grams quinoa mushroom 500g steak olive oil 1 small red onion, thinly sliced 2 spring onions 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced 1 good handful beansprouts 125g green beans 1 small cucumber, cut into small pieces 1 chilli, seeded and chopped 60g fresh coriander
Cook the quinoa lobster buffet reno according to package directions. Fry the meat on both sides in a good hot pan until the pink inside. Wrap the steak in foil and let it rest. Then mix the onion, bell pepper, bean sprouts, beans, cucumbers, peppers and cilantro with the quinoa and mushrooms. Then add the meat. Pour the dressing over the salad.
