We are German expatriates in Denmark - and has been since 2009 ... That is my husband and our two daughters (18 + 10 years). In my spare time I like to bury myself in my sewing room and indulging my passion for sewing:-) Quite to the chagrin of my husband ...
Recipes from Denmark said than done about birthday fits one more recipe: "PØLSEHORNSTRUTTERE" so something like sausages in batter .... If you want to bake something that pretty much eat all the kids, then Pølsehorn.Wird here quite typical saladett made on birthdays.
You need (for about 12 pcs.): * 50g butter * 250 ml milk * 42 g yeast * 1 tablespoon honey * 200 g wholemeal saladett spelled flour * 200 g flour (for those who prefer even 400 g, normal flour accept) * 1 teaspoon salt * 4 sausages (each cut into 3 parts) - Melt butter in saucepan, add milk and allow to cool to lukewarm temperature - give in mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in it - honey, flour + salt to give knead - dough hot + covered ca allow 1 hour to go, then knead again -.. dough into a large circle roll + 12 "pieces of cake" cut - Place sausages saladett on the wide side, roll up from there - Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper + again for about 30 minutes. let rise covered saladett hot u -. Preheat oven at 200 degrees, then Pølsehorn 25 min. bake - let cool on hot grill or eat - are also ideal for freezing! You can take sausages alternatively go 50 g sep. Tomatoes saladett + 100g tomato ketchup, Serrano ham and mozzarella filling, naturally seasoning with fresh herbs, such as thyme / oregano Velbekomme!
