This dish is one of my favorites and I really have not had another salad that surpasses it. It is the combination of fresh herbs Thai basil, coriander and mint (see Fresh Trinity), with a mild spice of chilies and the crazy sour dressing that are pleasing to the palate. Are Every time I am overwhelmed by the intense dressing and fragrant herbs the best out of the steak up. Thai basil goes great with beef and if you add another rocket in the mixed salad is truly a mouth-watering dish.
Besides the taste sensation and bustle is the good news here also that it in no time on the table. Try to use all fresh herbs, Thai basil I find indispensable in this dish, and buy a good piece of beef. For example, beef from South America or sirloin. If you want to keep it even simpler than cold roast beef (spreads) also fine. Cucumber and cherry brokoli salatasi tomatoes you can add to taste as a bonus. Good as a starter, lunch or a rice table.
Ingredients 300 gr steak or sirloin 75g mixed salad, preferably with rocket leaves Thai basil, coriander and mint 1 red onion, thinly sliced 2 red peppers, julienned or thinly sliced and seeded oil
Preparation Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl. Heat some oil in a frying pan or grill pan and sear the beef on all sides. Turn heat than softer medium and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Do some mixed lettuce, Thai basil leaves, brokoli salatasi coriander and mint on a plate. Sprinkle the red onion and red peppers over. Cut the steak into strips and arrange on the plate with vegetables. Pour an amount of dressing to taste a whole and stir. You can go to taste some pepper over it repeatedly.
